On Friday, May 21 the Buckingham Builders gathered with passion and determination. Together, the team raised the internal and external walls of April and Neontae’s homes. We also learned the Buckingham Builders are currently the TOP fundraising team raising $15,704 so far. Five members of the team raised over $1,000!

To do this, community-minded employers retooled their approach to find meaningful ways to aid in the crisis while helping their staff safely donate their time, talent, and treasure.
Buckingham Foundation Partners with Move for Hunger
We are excited to launch Move for Hunger, a national program which addresses food insecurity and food waste, on April 1. We will be launching this initiative at seven Buckingham sites for a pilot program and will evaluate the initiative throughout the year to assess expanding the program to other sites.

Ashley Parker Named to Mutz Philanthropic Leadership Institute
Ashley Parker of Buckingham Companies has been selected as a member of the inaugural class of the Mutz Philanthropic Leadership Institute. Launched by Indiana Philanthropy Alliance in 2021, the Mutz Institute provides a leadership training experience to skill-up professionals serving in board and executive roles at foundations, corporations and social impact organizations across Indiana.

The Buckingham Builders came together on Friday, October 9, 2020 to participate in the Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity Women Build. Sponsored by Buckingham Foundation and led by Ashley Parker, the team worked together to install shelving, doorknobs and other finishing touches on Sandra & LaQuinta’s homes.
